Obiective of the project

The aim of the operation will be to develop an innovative technology for the fermentation of rapeseed meal as pig feed.

The main benefits of the project

Fermented middlings with increased feed value and reduced bittering components will be able to be used as feed, replacing imported GM soya meal. There will be an improvement in animal health and meat quality.
