It is important that the planned types of carrots and strawberries are a very rich source of minerals, fiber, vitamins and phytochemicals with a high pro-health potential. The goal is also to implement the new products that will maintain the optimal and beneficial health-promoting composition substances while introducing pro-ecological cultivation technologies and a significantly improved the method of production organization.
