The goal of the operation is to create new innovative products (sauce, jam) based on the types of red carrot and white strawberry which have been not produced on inustrial scale in Poland so far. It is important that the planned types of carrots and strawberries are a very rich source of minerals, fiber, vitamins and phytochemicals with a high pro-health potential. The goal is also to implement the new products that will maintain the optimal and beneficial health-promoting composition substances while introducing pro-ecological cultivation technologies and a significantly improved the method of production organization. An important aspect to achieve the goal is the cooperation of entities operating in various areas (farms, research institute, enterprise). The main tasks to be performer are: - preparation by producers of agricultural stands for the cultivation of carrots and strawberries, which will Focus on: lossening the soil, removing fossils, mixing the substrate with the necessary

The main results of the project will be: - the introducing to processing new types carrots and strawberries rich in bioactive and beneficial to health substances; - the introduction pro-ecological technologies of growing carrots and strawberries, which will have a positive impact on the environment and climate change; - the implementation of improved technology for the thermal processing of carrots and strawberries; - the new high pro-health value fruit and vegetable products will be obtained on the basis new types carrots and strawberries by using improved thermal technology; - the production activities of the procesor and farms will be enriched, which will result in increased income; - the knowledge about red carrots and white strawberries will be disseminated; - the introducing new fruit and vegetable preserves to the market with the optimal and beneficial composition of pro-health substances.
