Improvement of quality and healthy of apples by reducing residues of plant protection products, including pesticides and fungicides, bacteria and viruses using ozone technology.

1. creation and commissioning an industrial installation for ozonation of apples as a means of detoxification of pesticide residues and other compounds 2. Improvement the quality of apples, with reduced content of plant protection products, longer shelf life, attractive color and appearance and fresh scent 3. developing an apple sticker 4.placing the QR code on the collective packaging, with information on apple ozonation technology 5. developing a mobile application that, after scanning the QR code, will provide information about the type of apple, ozonation technology and the date of the ozonation process.
