The main benefits of the project will be the creation of recommendations for project participants to guarantee the production of wine of increased quality, including with a lower degree of oxidation, higher content of biologically active compounds, high aromatic and taste values, confirmed by bromatological analyses, produced using modern agricultural methods while reducing synthetic plant protection products, taking into account the proposed recommendations of the integrated grapevine production methodology. Another benefit of the project will be the creation of a cooperation model for producers in the organization of wine bottling and promotion of the local brand and shortening the supply chain by promoting joint branding and distribution. This will increase producers' revenues by eliminating intermediaries in the supply chain. An indirect benefit of the project result will also be the increase and dissemination of the obtained scientific research results and the broadening of knowledge about the production of grapes and wine in the country. The benefits of the operation are directly related to its objectives and include: a. development and implementation of a significantly improved product in the form of wine of increased quality (confirmed by laboratory tests and results of bromatological tests); b. improving the technology of field production of processing grapes (expressed in the recommendations for producers - the study is available on the project website); c. pilot implementation of an improved method of organizing the bottling of wine and the production of wine products (expressed in the form of a shared organizational procedure); d. implementation of the "Lower Silesian wine brand" marketing method developed in the project (presentation of products marked with this brand); e. organization of sales within the short supply chain; f. implementation of activities aimed at strengthening the share of locally produced products in the food market (promotion on the project website, on the Internet on social networks in local media); g. dissemination of studies prepared for the needs of the project, making research results public with Open Access.
