According to the assumptions of the operation, the farmer will produce raw materials from the crops of coordinates and monocultural farms (fruits, leaves and herbs). Raw materials will be used by ECO-FARM Sosnówka Sp. z o.o. for the production of tea and spices with pro-health effects. The product recipe will be developed by the Agricultural University in Warsaw, which will also carry out research into the development of agrotechnology, selection of species, drying methods, quality assessment of raw materials obtained and their use in new products. The State Research Institute will conduct research in the field of: development of a soil map in an electronic version of a farm; development of a spatial information system (GIS) for farm production management; soil research in chemical and physical terms as well as irrigation needs; analysis of agro-climatic conditions; (precipitation, temperature at the ground and at a height of 2 m); analysis of the environmental impact of the undertaking for production on the farm; analysis of the environmental impact of a project for processing (greenhouse gas emissions, drying technology, comparison of the emission of traditional drying technology with technology using pellets). The results of the analysis will be the basis for developing an improved method of marketing of final products: teas and spices.

As part of the operation, the leader of OG - Foundation for the Development of the Lublin Region, two new products will be developed and implemented in the form of dried fruit tea and spices that will be sold by ECO-FARM Sosnówka Sp. z o.o. Two new agricultural practices will be developed: agrotechnic growing in polyculture with black lilac and fruity rose (wrinkled and wild), wild-growing plants, which are endangered and / or protected species: spotted honeysuckle, cloudberry and forest speedwell, and agroculture of monoculture for wild growing plants: nettle and turnip rape. A new method of organizing and managing production in an agricultural holding will also be developed and implemented thanks to the creation of a GIS system for the farm. In addition, a new method of production organization and management will be developed and implemented (including the study of emission, profitability, drying methods and parameters of drying equipment) in micro-growth and improved marketing method of new products based on new agrotechnics, a new method of organization and management. As part of the operation, a production, processing and distribution model will be developed for a several-hectare, pilot farm in the Zielawy Valley, which will be subject to multidirectional analysis in real conditions. After the implementation phase, the model will be disseminated as a good practice in the field of polyculture systems, also known as agro-forestry (agroforestry) and introduction to growing wild, endangered and / or protected species in other regions of Poland and abroad. The recipient of the results of the operation will be a farmer and a manufacturers from the agri-food sector.
