Creation of an innovative dryer of manure on a poultry farm, which allows to improve the production process of chicken eggs. The launch of the production of pellets from manure (mainly poultry manure) will contribute to the improvement of the hen egg production process in two aspects: - by increasing the frequency of removal of chicken droppings from livestock buildings. In the case of the farm in question, the manure removal cycle will be reduced from three to one day, ultimately contributing to improved poultry housing conditions and thus increasing production potential and bird health. It has been proven that in intensive poultry farming, improving environmental conditions, mainly in battery systems, improves laying rates and egg quality (increases the economic efficiency of poultry production) and eliminates metabolic disorders and animal diseases (e.g. mycoplasmosis, coccidiosis and colibacteriosis) and the occurrence of technopathies (i.e. cannibalism, pterophagy or egg-eating

The situation on the fertilizer market means that poultry manure is often used by farmers as a classic compound fertilizer. Therefore, in farms that have access to it, it is practically applied to all cultivated plants. The project will have a positive impact on the primary production of agricultural products, because it will reduce the fertilization of arable land with hazardous waste containing ammonia. Basic products will thus be healthier and will not pose a threat to consumers. The manure removal cycle will shorten from three days to one day, resulting in improved poultry keeping conditions, thereby increasing bird production and health potential. It has been proven that in intensive poultry farming improvement of environmental conditions, production of pellets, which mainly can still be used as a fertilizer for agricultural purposes, but having other, much more beneficial, physical and chemical properties, different state of aggregation and other composition. The average market prices of granules range from 550 to 880 PLN per tonne of product, while the prices of fresh manure with humidity up to 80% from 20 to 50 PLN per tonne. Taking into consideration the economic calculation, the sale of granules by production farms may turn out to be an additional and significant source of income, and thus positively affect the profitability of egg production.
