The main objective of the operation is to develop and implement an improved technology of rearing and slaughtering broiler chickens, enabling the introduction of "premium" class poultry meat on the market, characterized by high taste and improved quality parameters, while improving animal welfare and reducing environmental pollution.

Preparation of three separate elements of infrastructure - purchase and equipment of mobile henhouses, modernization of the feeding room and modernization of the slaughterhouse. Conducting breeding cycles.

The planned operation is a responseto the growing demands of consumers. Consumers are increasingly paying attention to the quality of food products, but also issues related to animal welfare and respect for the environment are increasingly important to them. The idea behind the operation is to improve the breeding technology in such a way as to simulate a farm-like environment in production conditions - thus improve the welfare of animals and increase the quality of their meat, and additionally change the way animals are slaughtered by using a semi-automatic method of plucking chickens, which will allow to preserve the taste the epidermis is destroyed in the automatic method.

Monotonous weather conditions will be conducive to obtaining the desired results, thanks to which the rearing effects will be reliable and comparable to each other. Due to close and frequent contact with the chicken run - extreme temperatures would not be recommended.

The result of the operation will be the development and verification of an improved technology for breeding and slaughtering chickens. The assumed technology will be based on: the use of unique formulas of feed with improved antioxidant status, based on natural ingredients without the use of antibiotics: improvement of animal welfare as a result of reducing the load on the breeding enclosure through the use of mibile henhouses; modifying the slaughter of animals by using a semi-automatic method of plucking hens. All introduced solutions will contribute to improving the quality of the raw material.

The expected result of the operation is to obtain a product similar to chicken grown in farm conditions, while maintaining the efficiency and scale of mass production. Country Rooster will allow you to combine running a thriving poultry farm with taking care of the natural environment. The welfare of animals and creating conditions for them as close to natural as possible is of key importance to us in the implementation of this project. The cost of producing the product may differ +20% compared to industrial chicken, but the retail price for 1 kg will be up to 40% higher.
